Return Policy

At Rezaroma, every product is crafted with care and intention — many of them personalized to your space. As such, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases due to the customizable nature of our fragrances and products.

  • Non-returnable items: Candles, reeds, fragrance refills, and sprays cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Damaged/Wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at support@rezaroma.com with photo proof and your receipt.
  • Diffusers: May be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Refunds will be processed once the product is received.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong or a defective item, please contact support@rezaroma.com immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are handed over to the courier.
Full refunds for cancelled orders may take between 3 to 30 working days depending on your bank.
