Damaged Items

We understand that shipping mishaps can occur. If your item arrives damaged during transit, we offer a 30-day exchange policy.

  • To initiate an exchange:
  • Email help@rezaroma.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage

We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the same item originally ordered.
Please note:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or use are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are limited to identical replacements only.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@rezaroma.com with:

  • A photo of what you received
  • Your order number

We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
