Welcome to rezaroma.com. By placing an order on our website or mobile applications, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Rezaroma.
1. Orders
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within two (2) business days.
- When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- Delivery is free for orders over AED 300. A flat AED 30 fee applies to orders below this amount.
2. Payment & Pricing
- Payment authorization is required at checkout. Charges may be applied at any point between order placement and acceptance.
- All prices are clearly listed and include applicable UAE VAT.
- Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
- If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right not to honor the stated price and will inform you before accepting your order.
3. Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards. No additional charges apply.
- Please enter your billing information exactly as registered with your credit card provider to avoid delays.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled any time before they are handed over to the courier.
- Full refunds for cancelled orders may take between 3 to 30 working days depending on your bank.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Non-returnable items: Candles, reeds, fragrance refills, and sprays cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at support@rezaroma.com with photo proof and your receipt.
- Diffusers: May be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Refunds will be processed once the product is received.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong or a defective item, please contact support@rezaroma.com immediately.
6. Shipping
- Orders are shipped the following business day.
- Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
7. Copyright & Trademarks
- All website content (text, images, design, logos, etc.) is the property of Rezaroma. All rights reserved.
- Content may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.
8. User Submissions
- Any content you submit (e.g., reviews or suggestions) becomes the property of Rezaroma.

10. Warranty Information
- Rezaroma Diffusers: 1-year repair warranty with one-time replacement.
- Capri Diffusers: 6-month replacement warranty.
- Max & Vista Diffusers: 12-month replacement warranty.
- Fragrance Refills: No warranty.
- Warranties apply only within the UAE and are on a back-to-base basis (return shipping covered by customer).
11. Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Rezaroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through our platform.
13. Force Majeure
- Rezaroma shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, customs issues, or governmental actions.

15. Promo Codes & Offers
- Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
- Codes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
