Following below are the terms and conditions set out by shop.rezaroma.com/sa for the customers on all our platforms i.e., www.rezaroma.com and mobile applications. Please read them carefully as they are legally binding agreement between the seller and buyer. By Placing an order on the site, the customer agrees to the below mentioned Terms and conditions as specified.
ORDERS:
- Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Your order will be processed by our fulfillment center within twenty-four (24) hours. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days. Once your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to track your order.
- We appreciate our customers for shopping for more than 300+ SAR, for the same reason we are not receiving any delivery charges on orders of SAR 300+ which are waived off just to improve our relationship with our customers.
PAYMENT AND PRICES:
- At the time you place an order you must give authority for payment. We may take payment from you at any time between you placing the order and us accepting your order..
- The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we accept your order.
- The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the KSA for the time being.
- The price of a product listed does not include delivery charges.
CREDIT CARDS:
- We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- REZAROMA customers can cancel their order any time before the order is scheduled for delivery and handed over to the Courier. For any cancelled orders REZAROMA issues full refund that may take up to 3 to 30 working days depending on the payment method and card issuing bank policy.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Due to the nature of our products, candles/reeds/refill cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.rezaroma.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to support@rezaroma.com within 48 hours of arrival.
- Aroma Diffusers: we accepts returns on conditions that the product is returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing and should not have physical damages. Refund of the payment will be processed upon receipt of the returned product to the original mode of payment.
- Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email (support@rezaroma.com). Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honoured and a proof of damaged shipment (photo / video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.

SHIPPING POLICY
- We usually ship orders the next day (excluding weekends). Delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are). Shipment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
- A shipping fee of SAR 30 will be applied if the order costs less than SAR 300.

THE TERMS & CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO WARRANTY
- The warranty of the products starts from the date of the invoice.
- Rezaroma Diffusers: Our Aroma Diffuser Machines bear 2 year repair warranty against manufacturing defects and one time replacement.
- Fragrance Refill: No warranty
- The warranty is limited to the boarders of the KSA.
- All warranties are back to base basis. Shipment costs should be shouldered by the customer in all cases.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- By accessing and using the Website; and purchasing online, you agree that your access and use of the Website, online purchasing is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws, as governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of KSA.Courts of Makkah shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all issues arising out of any issue related to copyright, intellectual property right, liability, access, usage and purchase through the Website.
MISCELLANEOUS
- These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether rezaroma.com/sa signs them or not. rezaroma.com/sa reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
